THE BLACK LABEL MODUS OPERANDI
In the Swiss tradition, the husband & wife team of Melissa and Lincoln Lease have created the magnificent world of “Black Label.” Lincoln is the camera guru with the cinematographer’s eye and master at the art of retouch. Melissa, former model, current ballerina, aids in posing and styling the client.
Together they have build a magnificent funhouse of photo opportunities. Inspired by their travels around the world, Black Label Studio is a nod to the great havens of luxury. The studio’s sets are Hollywood-caliber and range from ornate baroque to minimalist modern in style. Lincoln’s creativity with lighting enhances the beauty of the subject against the unique backgrounds they have built.
Black Label Studio is not a rental studio, so that means that the imagery we create here is exclusive to us and exclusive to you. Furthermore, Lincoln and Melissa work exclusively on this style of photography. We don’t “also” shoot boudoir–we ONLY shoot boudoir. When not working with private clients, we are shooting for Black Label Magazine and lingerie companies from across the globe.
